Services

Silver City is providing a multitude of services for the convenience of its residents and guests unmatched by any other development.

The free services are covered by the annual maintenance fee paid by owners and are provided to all residents and tenants alike. The paid services will be offered for a nominal fee, charged by the management and paid in advance, after provision, or at the end of the month, as the case may be.

Management will charge a nominal fee or arrange subscriptions for a range of paid services in Silver City to those willing to use them
