Two storey house in the village of Alexandrovo, at the foot of the Central Balkan Mountains, only 30km from the town of Kazanlak, known as the capital of rose attar production in Bulgaria and in the world, and the famous Valley of the Roses the Bulgarian patch of paradise, protected by mountains and blooming with flowers. The Kazanluk plain is irrigated by the beneficial Tundja River, which rises from the highest part of the Balkan Range. The deep gorges of its tributaries are particularly picturesque. To the south of Kazanlak there is the Koprinka Lake, which offers attractions including water sports, fishing and beaches. The region is famous with its cultural heritage as well. Its the site of the Kazanlak Thracian Tomb, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The house is build of stone, brick and adobe and comprises a room, a corridor and 2 cellars on the ground floor and 3 rooms on the first floor. The living area is 100 sq.m. The toilet is outside. There are outbuildings next to the house, which can provide additional living area or can be turned into a BBQ area. The property is supplied with electricity and water mains inside and outside the house. The whole property occupies 920 sq.m. of land.
