Situated in a quiet and peaceful village surrounded by several small hills this marvelous and cheap property offers great potential as family or holiday house or just as a very good investment. The area is extremely quiet being approximately 3 miles off the main road from Russe to Varna . It is an area with low hills, a small river curving among them, several small and medium size lakes suitable for fishing, surfing or other water sports, nice forests - good for hunting of deer, wild boar, birds, or just walking and going for a picnic among the nature. A golf course will be constructed in the area in the next 2 - 3 years only 10 miles away from the village. The village is a medium size one with approximately 1000 people living there. The people are very friendly and helpful. There are about 20 other English speaking people that already own properties in the village and two or three of them are living permanently there.There are the municipality, two shops, school and medical center. Two miles from the village is Tzar Kaloyan - nearest town with shops, police and other amenities.
