Full Description

The plot is 2,620 m2, triangular in shape, located on a slope with a first-class sea view and the bay of Obzor. It is about 400 m from the beach and borders on two roads. These roads separate the land from the nearest properties, and also guarantee that the view will be retained even in the event of future development of the area. All necessary communications (asphalt road, electricity, sewers, water) are in the immediate vicinity.
 
An idea project comes together with the offer.
It consists two detached residential buildings, situated in such way as to guarantee excellent panorama of the sea for both. Due to the favorable geological conditions, the buildings will be erected on reinforced concrete foundations, on comparatively small depth. No garages or cellars are planned, but 26 parking spaces are included.

The buildings are four-storey high, with 44 apartments altogether and total covered area of approximately 3,400 m2. Due to the fact that the apartments are for seasonal use only, they are 60-70 m2 size, and the communal parts of the buildings are limited to 10%. There are outdoor staircases; a swimming pool with a catering facility will be erected in the center of the plot.

The facades will be fitted with limestone blocks, combined with white rendering and wooden elements on the windows and ceilings. To add to the overall visual impression of the buildings, the drainpipes are hidden in the limestone, and the exterior A/C units (split systems) are placed in special niches and masked with decorative wooden lattices.

Location

The plot is located in the south part of Byala (direction to Obzor) in Chaika area. Byala, in turn, is 59 kilometers south of Varna and 50 kilometers north of Sunny Beach. This place provides a magnificent combination of wide beach with clean white sand and deciduous forest, an extremely suitable place for successful tourism. The seawater is exceptionally clean due to the lack of industrial plants or companies nearby. For this very reason, the population of 2,300 increases to over 20,000 in the summer months and this trend is steadily on the rise. Within 6 km of Byala is Obzor, one of the most dynamically developing destinations along the Black Sea coast. Except for the beautiful nature, here you will find luxurious hotel complexes, as well as numerous ways to enjoy your holiday and fill it with pleasant emotions. This makes the area one of the few remaining places on the Bulgarian coastline combining the tranquility and natural beauty of Byala with the nightlife in Obzor.

About the area

The town of Byala is slightly bigger than the near-by Obzor.
  
Once there was an ancient Greek fortress, named Aspro, in the neighbourhood. Before the reunification of the Bulgarian state in 1885, the border between the Bulgarian Principality and Eastern Rumeliya passed through the town of the Byala.

At the coast, one can see a protective bank, dating back to the early years of the Bulgarian state (8th-10th century), while the area around the St Atanas Monastery holds remains of an ancient fortress. The wine of the extremely fine Dimyat vintage is also produced in the town.
